This training and certification exam meets food safety training requirements by the State of Delaware and the Delaware Department of Agriculture for those who want to take advantage of the opportunity to prepare non-hazardous foods in their own home for sale.
Examples of these foods are: Baked goods, jams, jellies and preserves.
