University of Delaware's Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)
EFNEP at the University of Delaware provides hands-on nutrition education through a series of lessons. The program’s goal is to reach families throughout the State of Delaware who struggle with feeding their families and want to stretch their food resources. These classes teach participants about healthy eating, using their food resources wisely and food safety.
