The UDairy Creamery in partnership with University of Delawares College of Agriculture & Natural Resources and Cooperative Extension invite Ag Professionals to the Steps of Cheese Making Seminar.
If you are in the Ag industry and would like to learn more about the basics of cheese making, we encourage you to attend our seminar. The evening will include a presentation on the Steps of Cheese Making for small producers and milk quality, a tour of the Genuardi Food Innovation Lab and a cheese tasting. 

The seminar is free for DE Ag Professionals, Registration closes 11/11/19
