This is a two-session on-line training (both are required): 
June 4 and June 11, 2020. 

On-Farm Training:  This training meets Delaware Department of Agriculture food safety training requirements for Delaware farmers wanting to sell non-potentially hazardous foods produced in an on-farm kitchen.  These items can be sold on their farm, at a roadside stand or a farmer’s market.
Cottage Industry Training:  This training meets food safety training requirements by the State of Delaware for those who want to take advantage of the opportunity to prepare non-hazardous foods in their own home for sale locally.
Examples of these foods are:
  • Baked goods
  • Jams, jellies and preserves
Registration fee is $50 and you MUST attend both sessions.
