Are you ready to get back on track with some healthy eating ideas this summer?  The Simple Cooking with Heart program will give you tips, pointers and recipes to eat heart healthy.  Each class will be an educational segment and a cooking demonstration.  All trainings will be conducted via ZOOM and are brought to you by the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a land-grand institution.  Attend 1, 2 or all 3 classes.  Check the box next to the session/sessions you wish to attend.

Heart Healthy Meat Preparation, June 14, 2021 from 12:00 - 1:30:  Learn about heart healthy cuts of meat that can be part of a heart healthy menu. Register by June 11th.

Heart Healthy Salad Preparation, June 17, 2021 from 12:00 - 1:30:  Increase knowledge of how to buy, store and prepare seasonal fruits and vegetables.  Register by June 14th.

Heart Healthy Seafood Preparation, June 29, 2021 from 12:00 - 1:30:  Learn how to prepare and enjoy fish at least twice a week as recommended for a heart healthy diet.  Register by June 25th.
