Taking part in the Walk With Ease (WWE) fitness program helps reduce your pain and improve your overall health. This proven program provides techniques to build and maintain a successful walking program and was created by experts at the Arthritis Foundation.

Join us for a 6-week hybrid program! The educational sessions will be held via Zoom on Wednesdays, July 28 through September 1, 2021, from 12 - 1 p.m. The physical activity portion of the program will be self-directed at your convenience. A minimum of three days per week is recommended.
