WOULD YOUR KITCHEN PASS A FOOD SAFETY INSPECTION? BY ZOOM

This free online ZOOM class will provide information about preventing foodborne illness and some easy strategies to keep food safe at home. Some of the concepts participants will learn are:
  • Correct cooking temperatures for prepared food
  • How to calibrate a meat thermometer
  • Safe ways to defrost foods
  • Proper handwashing techniques
